What is Illinois Hardest Hit Fund's Program?

The Illinois Hardest Hit Fund's Program is a program that has been put into place to help homeowner's that have lost their job or has income reduction and can no longer make their mortgage payment.

“Hardest Hit Fund’s Homeowner Emergency Loan Program” or “HHF HELP”, will assist low and moderate income families across the State with temporary mortgage payment assistance while they work to regain sufficient income to pay their mortgage.

If you live in Lake or McHenry County, IL and you are struggling to make your payment call your local HUD-certified housing counseling agency serving your area and also contact your loan servicer.

Loan servicer's don't seem to be of much help but it does not hurt to try. You may speak to someone that has some knowledge that will get the help you need.

Carolyn Kropp of Metrovisions Realty, Inc. also has information about this program. She may even have the contact numbers that you will need to get the actual assistance. Get more information about Carolyn Kropp.

Please if you have more information related to the hardest hit funds for Illinois please post it here. Thanks.

Jack has bills out there to reduce pension benefits and to eliminate General Assembly member pensions. You can review details of his legislation at www.ilga.gov.

Jack has voted against every tax and fee increase since first being elected in 1998. He introduced a bill for McHenry County to opt out of the taxes as well.

He has addressed your concerns by his actions, and will continue to do what he can in the state legislature to voice your opinion.

Thank you.

What has Jack done to stop these increases? Rather than raise taxes and make everyone suffer more let's work on cutting pensions in the government jobs. If government employee make more than 50k a year they need to pay for their own health care.

Taxes are not the solution here and I am not only one who believes this. Mchenry and lake county are the highest property taxes in the US with the income tax increase we are probably the highest taxed in the US across the board. At the first opportunity me my family and my business will be moving out of this state. I am also going to be starting some blogs and action groups to support my beliefs.

Property taxes and personal income taxes are on the rise. Check out the link and note what they are talking about. Check out what they really need the money for in the government retirement systems. It is clear the most important about the whole tax increase is the pensions of the State of Illinois.
